Saudind engineers each custom container house at its 15,000 m² Al-Kharj factory before any panel is cut. Each unit is planned from site-use details: openings, electrical load, plumbing route, HVAC, drainage, and lifting. A detail missed here becomes rework on site.
Door, Step & Service Access
Fix the entry side, door swing, service door, step height and operator clearance before the frame is cut. A door on the wrong side means a new wall panel, not a re-hung door.
Windows & Service Openings
Window size, position, sliding type, service hatch and guarded openings follow the room use and the operator's line of sight.
Electrical, Data & DB Box
Lighting, socket count, breaker box, data point, equipment power and AC feed are set to the real load, from a single office to a full custom container office building.
Plumbing & Drainage
Sink, kitchen, pantry and clinic units need the inlet side, floor drain, sewage outlet and slope fixed before the floor is built. Toilet and shower blocks run on our RestroomTech line and connect on site.
HVAC, Exhaust & Heat Control
Split-AC openings, exhaust fans, fresh-air inlets and heat-control points are placed by room use and equipment load. Al-Kharj summers drive the cooling load, so an AC opening on the wrong wall leaves the room short of temperature.
Insulation & Interior Finish
Insulated lining, washable wall finish, wet-room flooring, stainless counters and cabinets are selected by site use. A clinic takes a wipe-down surface. A kitchen takes a floor built for daily washing.
Security & Fire Options
Lock guards, window grilles, CCTV conduit, emergency lighting and fire-alarm points are built in at the factory. On Saudi projects these follow SBC and the client inspection standard, confirmed on the shop drawing before production.
Lifting, Anchoring & Utility Side
Forklift access, lifting points, anchor positions, foundation position and utility-entry side are matched to your site layout before dispatch. Our KSA crews place the unit and connect services on arrival.

Yes. Wet-area units can be planned with toilet cubicles, shower points, wash basins, kitchen sinks, floor drains, waterproof flooring and exhaust. The important point is to confirm the water inlet side, sewage outlet side and floor slope before production.
If the project site already has a fixed utility trench or septic connection, send that side early so the unit does not arrive with the drainage point facing the wrong direction.
We plan electrical points around the actual room use: lighting, sockets, DB box, equipment load, AC opening, exhaust fan and data or CCTV route where required.
For equipment rooms, kitchens and clinics, heat load and equipment load should be confirmed before quotation. These uses usually need more planning than a simple office or guard room.
Prepare a level support base, truck access, unloading equipment and utility connection points. For wet-area units, confirm drainage route before the unit arrives. For heavy equipment rooms, confirm the floor load requirement before production.
If the site is remote or has narrow access roads, send site photos or coordinates with the enquiry.
Most single container units can be relocated if lifting points, support base and service connections are planned correctly. Wet-area units need extra care because drainage, water lines and waterproofing can be damaged if disconnected poorly.
